Massage Therapy Available Now!

Massage therapy is an important part of maintaining your overall health.  We say this because stress, and its effects, often show up as physical problems. More specifically, stress leads to tight muscles, which in turn cause pain and more stress. This is why getting regular massage is so important!

Our massage therapists are available Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as well!  Come in early, before work to start your day off right. Or, come in over the lunch hour for a nice break. Massage after work? That's the best!  Regardless, come in for a massage and get yourself taken care of - you'll be so glad you did!

Meet Lacy Hulecki, Licensed Massage Therapist

Originally from Massachusetts, I moved to Colorado in 2012 to pursue my education and be near the mountains and abundant sunshine. I graduated from Healing Arts Institute in June 2016 specializing in therapeutic massage and combining modalities to reduce pain and restore range of motion to clients.

As massage benefits everyone, it can be invaluable in managing the pain and discomfort associated with chronic conditions and promoting recovery from injuries (as well as preventing them in the first place). My goal is to establish a practice where my clients feel safe and are encouraged to take positive action to improve their health.

I understand the profound impact chronic pain has on the body and the way it restricts one’s ability to live a vibrant life. Massage therapy significantly improved my ability to manage pain and stay mobile until successful hip surgeries in 2014.

Massage therapy remains an integral part of my successful strategy to live an active and healthy life. Having experienced the powerful physical and emotional benefits of regular massage myself led me to pursue a career in massage therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and spending time with family and friends

Meet Joy Freed, Licensed Massage Therapist

Born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming, I recently moved my 8-year old massage therapy practice from Kansas City to Fort Collins.

After a woking in the Radio industry (as an Announcer and Copywriter), I really wanted to re-ignite my passion for helping people and decided to pursue my career in massage therapy.  I enjoy working with injured people, as well as working with healthy people to remain healthy and pain-free along their journey in life. I've had particular success treating the following conditions:

-Auto acccidents
-Sports injuries
-Headaches
-Whiplash
-Emotional trauma
-Disk herniation
-Chronic disease and illness
-Nerve impingement
-Posture & positional related injuries and dysfunction

My ongoing studies in massage therapy include courses in Deep Tissue, Geriatric Massage, Oncology (cancer) Massage, and Sports Massage.

In my spare time, I'm with my 2 year-old daughter Elsa Rose, writing a never-ending historical fiction series, a tome of poems and a scratchpad of songs, and getting to the lake or the mountains whenever possible.

Types of Massage Offered

Medical Massage:  Entails working on a specific medical issue, such as scoliosis, hamstring strains, or headaches, for example. If you have a physical ache or pain, oftentimes a 'medical' massage will help relieve pain, decrease your need for prescription pain medications, and speed healing of the problem. Instead of refilling prescriptions indefinitely, ask your doctor to prescribe massage instead!

Sports Massage; ideal for active and athletic people who need to unwind sore muscles from working out, runners with shin spits, or getting certain muscle groups to relax in order to optimize performance.

Pain Management massage has been shown time and time again to reduce acute and chronic pain in a variety of situations; in fact many chronic pain conditions can be well managed with regular massage - the importance of this cannot be overstated as our country faces a prescription pain medication crisis, with addiction rates out of control.  Anyone dealing with chronic pain understands the danger which these medications bring. As doctors that specialize in preventive medicine, we strongly encourage anyone with ongoing pain issues to seek massage care!
